HOW TO BOOK
Booking can be made through the Reservation page. To avoid unnecessary correspondences, if flight details are not yet fixed, they can be notified upon the confirmation and not less then 15 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation for any services previously booked or in the case of "No Show" of the clients on the day of arrival. Cancellation fee may occur, whenever the hotel, restaurant, carrier, contractor, etc. insist. In such condition the cancellation fee will be debited. However PT. WaliBali Citra Adiwisata will not apply any cancellation fee, unless the above mentioned circumstances occurs.

FREE OF CHARGE
One complimentary land arrangement such as land transfers and tours including meals, will be given to each group of 15 full paying adults i.e. the 16th person is granted free, provided the group is travelling on the same itinerary and dates.

TRIPLE SHARE
Maximum three persons in one room are permitted. Please note that in some hotels usually using fold-away bed for the third bed and at certain hotels the third bed may not be available.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
Prices do not include airfares to and from Indonesia, within Indonesia or inter-island flight, airport taxes and all other expenses of personal nature not outlined in itinerary.

TRANSFER AND TOUR
All transfers and tours are based on air-conditioned cars, microbuses or motorcoaches depending on the number of participants travelling on the same date. In general, an English speaking guide will accompany the participants during the transfer or tour and Italian, Dutch, French, German and Japanese speaking guide are available on request.

TOUR PROGRAMS
All the tour programs are package arrangements and no individual changes and modifications can be made. Passengers or group who wants to change itinerary, to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to substitute elements of any programmes (i.e., hotel, tourist attraction or meal, etc.) are subject to declassified as incentive program with different conditions.

REFUND
After commencement of tour, no refund in full or in part will be given for any of the items included in the package that is not utilized.

INSURANCE
To avoid the risks during the tour, passengers are suggested to have their own insurance. Insurance should cover medical, surgical and dental, additional expenses, baggage, loss of money, personal accident and personal liability.

LIABILITY
PT. WaliBali Citra Adiwisata, will use all reasonable endeavors to arrange tours and package itinerated and hotel facilities in accordance with the descriptions set out here in.
PT. WaliBali Citra Adiwisata reserves the right to vary or curtail any such tour or package itinerary and hotel facilities in any event. PT. WaliBali Citra Adiwisata will seek to provide alternative tours itineraries or facilities here possible. However PT. WaliBali Citra Adiwisata assures no further liability whatsoever for any third party in relation to the portion of any revises arrangements of facilities.
PT. WaliBali Citra Adiwisata acts only in the capacity of an agent for transportation companies, hotels and other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any damage, loss, injuries including death, accidental delays and irregularities beyond of our control.
