17 DAYS JAVA - BALI - LOMBOK OVERLAND TOUR

Day 01: Jakarta - Arrival
Upon arrival at Jakarta’s Soekarno - Hatta Airport, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel for overnight.

Day 02: Jakarta - Bandung
After an early breakfast at hotel, leave the hotel for Bandung. On the way we’ll stop and visit the Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah), Bogor - Botanical Garden, then proceed through Puncak Pass, Cipanas, and Cianjur. Arrive at Bandung, then transfer to your hotel for overnight.



Day 03: Bandung
After breakfast, leave the hotel for a full day tour to Tangkuban Perahu Crater (an active volcano) and the Ciater Hot Spring. Afternoon, back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 04: Bandung - Baturaden
After an early breakfast, an overland transfer to Baturaden (Mountain Resort) via Garut, Tasikmalaya, and Ciamis. Enroute a visit will be made at Kampung Naga (Traditional Ancient Naga Village). Arrive in Baturaden, check in at the hotel for overnight.

Day 05: Baturaden - Yogyakarta
After breakfast at hotel, an overland transfer from Baturaden to Yogyakarta with a visit to Borobudur Buddhist Temple. Arrive at Yogyakarta, then transfer to your hotel for overnight.




Day 06: Yogyakarta

After breakfast, leave the hotel for a half day Yogyakarta City Sightseeing Tour, visiting the Prambanan Temple - the biggest and the most beautiful Hindu Temple in Indonesia, Sultan’s Palace, bird market, Batik home industry and Kota Gede - silverwork and art gallery. Afterwards, back to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for your own activities. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Yogyakarta - Bromo
After an early breakfast, an overland transfer from Yogyakarta to Sarangan via Solo. Enroute visit Mangkunegaran Palace of Solo - the residence of Prince Mangkunegoro, then proceed to Bromo in East Java-. Arrive in Bromo, check in at the hotel for overnight.



Day 08: Bromo - Kalibaru
Early in the morning approx 3am an adventure trip to the rim top of Penanjakan Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over the sea of sand. Complete your experience on a pony riding to the Bromo crater to view the still active crater. Back to Hotel for your breakfast and leaving Bromo for Kalibaru, check in at hotel for overnight.

Day 09: Kalibaru - Bali
The journey will be continued by regularly operated ferry crossing the Bali Strait to Gilimanuk - a small harbour in the Western tip of the island of Bali. Then proceed directly to your hotel in Bali.

Day 10: Den Pasar - Candidasa
You will be picked up at the airport of Bali or hotel in Sanur, Kuta or Nusa Dua and transferred directly to Candidasa - East Bali’s beach resort. Stops will be made at Klungkung - the ancient Court of Justice “Kertagosa”, Kusamba - fisherman village with colorful outrigger fishing boats. Arrive in Candidasa, check in at hotel for overnight.




Day 11: Candidasa - Lovina Beach
After breakfast at the hotel, visiting Tenganan - Bali’s aborigine village, the journey will be continued to the otherside of Bali - Lovina beach. The trip will pass through the Salak (snake like skin fruit) plantations of Bebandem, beautiful terraces rice fields and the lush green valleys of the east Bali. Then on to Besakih - the Balinese Hindu Mother Temple on the slope of Mount Agung, Kintamani - the spectacular scenery over the lake and Mount Batur. Afterwards, proceed to Lovina beach by visiting Singaraja - the former capital of Bali. Arrive in Lovina beach, check in at hotel for overnight.

Day 12: Lovina Beach - Ubud
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Ubud. The trip will go through Gitgit waterfall, mountain resort of Bedugul with its Lake Beratan and Ulun Danu Temple, colorful fruits and vegetable market, then on to Mengwi to visit the Royal Family temple and Tanah Lot temple with its beautiful sunset before driving to Ubud where you will be accommodated for the night.

Day 13: Ubud
After breakfast, morning free at your own leisure. Afternoon, join a Cultural, Art and Performance Tour to visit Tampaksiring - holy spring water temple, passing through the beautiful terraces rice field of Tegallalang, Mas - woodcarvers community, Celuk - gold and silver smith village. The Fire and Kecak Dance at Batubulan will culminate our day. Back to the hotel in Ubud, overnight at hotel.




Day 14: Ubud - Lombok
After breakfast, leave the hotel to Padang Bay harbour to catch a ferry (approximately 5 hours cruise) to Lombok. Arrive at Lombok, transfer to your hotel for overnight. (Journey to Lombok by flight (30 minutes) is available at extra charge).

Day 15: Lombok
After breakfast, join a full day “Lombok - Southcoast Tour”, visits : Sukarara - weaving village, Penujak - the village known for its pottery, Sade - the native Sasak village, Kuta beach and Tanjung Aan - the most beautiful beaches of the southern coast of Lombok where a hilly bay view give a glamorous impression. Afterwards, back to the hotel for overnight.



Day 16: Lombok
After breakfast, leave the hotel for a full day “Lombok - Wonder of the Sea Tour” to visit Gili Nanggu, this place is a fascinating small island with its white sandy beach, clear water for swimming and snorkeling. Back to the hotel to spend night.





Day 17: Lombok - departure
Transfer to airport for your next destination.
